The payment policy for a student’s group and/or private registration for a given semester at Harmony Road Music Academy is as follows: 

Tuition will be paid by credit card only.

There are no refunds for vacations, student’s illness, cancellation due to bad weather, or withdrawal from the program prior to the completion of the semester.  Credit will be applied to your account if a class is cancelled due to a teacher’s absence without providing for a substitute teacher at the regularly scheduled class time.  

Semester Paid in Full:

If you choose to pay the whole semester in full at the beginning of the semester, you will receive a $40  discount ( 2 free classes) off of your total tuition.  Materials and registration fee not included.
