Students will learn the basics and history of the guitar.  They will develop their musicianship through learning music theory & notation (reading music), rhythym and ear training (playing by ear), The classes are action packed with fun musical games and activities to enhance their love and knowledge of music.

The guitar student needs to provide their own guitar and bring it to class.   The size recommendations are listed below with the course description.   For the younger or beginning guitar student, you may want to rent an instrument until you are comfortable with the commitment you or your child has with the guitar.  We provide rental and purchases of guitars:

Purchase:  $120.00 steal string & $150 Nylon strings* (recommended)

We strongly encourage group lessons expecially for children because the environment is fun and the students teach eachother.  However, we understand that certain personalities and schedules sometimes fit better with a one-on-one lesson.  The class times for private lessons will be arranged at the time of registration.  Lessons are 30 minutes in length.
